I was thinking its kinda weird they changed the timeline, but it really did not bother me a bit. I loved the movie.

Here's the thing though. For those of you who get annoyed by them changing the timeline, you should realize though that they will be doing that with each girl's movie they make.

They have to, because the main 6 book series covers a period of two years, and the movies will only cover one year-
therefore, they have to combine both fall/summer books into one segment (the meet and saves the day books) and they have to combine the winter books into one segment (the christmas book combined with the and changes book).
You may not like it but they are probably going to do this with every movie so that the story will only cover one year instead of two.
